GIC X Gwithian Beach Yoga

Girls in Cornwall is collaborating with Gwithian Beach Yoga for an immersive experience combining yoga with connecting to the beautiful  surroundings of Gwithian beach. You will be guided through a 75-minute yoga class led by experienced yoga teacher Alicia Ray. Feel the sand  underneath your feet, breathe in the sea air and connect to your body  and mind with this unique wellbeing practice by the sea. This experience  will enable you to feel calm, connected and uplifted.

Alicia  teaches a Vinyasa flow (movement with breath) which is energising and  uplifting incorporating opening stretches and strengthening postures  with a guided mindful relaxation. A variety of options will be given for  all levels. No prior experience is necessary however, if you are a  beginner to yoga Alicia will encourage you to listen to your body and  only join the moves that feel good for you.
