About the event
GIC X Mindfit Cornwall - a winter restorative mini relaxation retreat at the gorgeous Limehouse studio near Perranporth
The afternoon will include:
4.30pm - Meet Helen the founder of MindFit Cornwall, relax and enjoy a beautiful breathework session
5pm - Zoe will guide you through a gentle Pilates session to stretch and ease the whole body
5.45pm - Wellness circle and Helen will guide you through a beautiful relaxation session. (Bolsters, blankets and mats all at the studio)
6.20pm - Time to connect with others with a herbal tea in the lovely cafe area (for our sole use)
