About the event
Following the success of our Mini Retreat collaboration with ThreeZero12 back in February we're running another!
We will start the day with a short breathwork series followed by a Vinyasa inspired Yoga Flow. The Yoga will be for all abilities, as you will be guided through easier and more challenging options throughout. So whether you’re new to Yoga or an experienced Yogi, everyone is welcome.
Once we finish, we will wander down the hill to the beach in Charlestown. Here you will have the opportunity to jump in the ocean, and enjoy a invigorating dip in sea (this is completely optional so your welcome to sit on the side and watch if you would prefer).
Once we have jumped out, dried off and got dressed we will head up to the Boathouse to warm up over a hot drink and brunch. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know some of the wonderful GIC community.
