Forget New Year’s resolutions. We are going on a journey to find your true purpose in life, and 2024 is going to be the year we take our first step.

1. Do you feel like you want to achieve more but don’t know how, or are you afraid to take the leap?

2. Do you feel frustrated or confused about where you are in life?

3. Do you start things with good intentions but hardly ever finish them?

What will the workshop cover?

- How to really work out what’s important to you (hint – it probably won’t be what you think it is!) by delving into your values and beliefs. We’ll also look at some neuroscience and psychology behind habits, success and our subconscious mind.

- Identifying your limiting thoughts and reframing them.

- How honesty really is the best policy, gaining first an awareness and then an acceptance of where you are now so that you can work out where you want to be.

- The setting of long lasting, meaningful goals, broken down into small manageable day to day enjoyable tasks.
