SUP Lesson - GIC X Lizard Adventure

Join Girls in Cornwall and Lizard Adventure for a SUP lesson, led by their expert instructors we'll be exploring Hayle Harbour and the spectacular Hayle Esturary Nature Reserve! 

Ticket includes:

- 2 hour SUP session

- Wetsuit hire

- Helmet hire

- Buoyancy aid hire

Don't forget to bring:

- Footwear (trainers you don't mind getting wet, beach shoes or wetsuit booties)

- Swimming costume/bikini

- Towel

Date: Saturday 29th June

Arrival time: 09:45am-10am (Collect equipment & sign waiver)

Lesson time: 10.30am-12.30pm 

Location: Lizard Adventure, located on Hayle Harbour, North Quay, Hayle, TR27 4BL. Nearest car park is Harvey Towans Car Park, Hayle TR27 5AS. And there is a limited amount of on road parking available near Lizard Adventure.

Health and Safety:

This event is being hosted by Lizard Adventure. This event may not be suitable for you if you experience heart problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, convulsions, asthma, diabetes, have had recent surgery, are pregnant or have other medical conditions. If you have any medical conditions that may effect your surfing ability please contact info@lizardadventure.co.uk to discuss your suitability, who will be as accomodating as possible to get you on the water. All participants must wear a full length wetsuit, personal flotation device, safety helmet, and suitable footwear at all times where necessary. Failure to bring appropriate footwear may result in you unable to participate due to safety concerns. Sharp objects such as jewellery, glasses, watches, hair pins or other dangerous materials are not permitted. Should you be unable to remove any hazardous items, then you are liable for any injury or damage resulting from such items. Participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided and confident in water out of their own depth. Every particpant will have to sign a waiver at the venue before the lesson begins, and listen to a safety brief given by the team.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable, if you purchase a ticket and are no longer able to attend you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend.
