Surf Lesson - GIC X Gwithian Academy of Surfing

Join Girls in Cornwall and Gwithian Adacemy of Surfing for a surf lesson! Providing an awesome opportunity to try out surfing, test your skills and meet some awesome new gals!! And thanks to the surf school the lessons are available at a discounted rate!!

Ticket includes:

- 2 hour surf lesson

- Wetsuit hire

- Surf board hire

Don't forget to bring:

- Swimwear

- Towel

- Wetsuit booties advised to avoid pesky weever stings!

Date: Sunday 28th July

Arrival time: 1pm (Collect wetsuit and board & sign waiver)

Lesson time: 1.30-3.30pm

Location: Gwithian Academy of Surfing (located in the same car park as Rockpool Bar & Restaurant) 1 Godrevy Towans, Gwithian, Hayle, TR27 5ED. 

The car park in which the surf school is located is pay and display. However, there is parking available along the road too which is free.

Health and Safety:

This event is being hosted by Gwithian Academy of Surfing. All participants must be comfortable to be able to swim at least 50m in open water and free from any medical problems that might put you, the coaches or other partcipants at risk. Every particpant will have to sign a waiver at the venue before the lesson begins, and listen to a safety brief given by the team.
