GIC  are collaborating with Laura Ramage from the Expanded Life Coach, to  provide you with a vision board workshop. This workshop is for those who  are passionate about reaching their goals during 2023 and beyond. When  used correctly, vision boards can be a powerful tool to help you  manifest your dream life.

During this workshop you will cover:

·  Understanding how and why vision boards work

·  Inner reflective journaling exercises & meditations

·  Step by step process to creating a successful physical vision board
